The next Broker prelicensing course for Lake Havasu City is scheduled for November of 2011. It is a weekday class. When: Weekdays from 9 am until 4:30 pm starting on Tuesday, November 1,2011 and ending Thursday, November 17th.
Where: The Refuge sales office at 3103 London Bridge Road, Lake Havasu City
Cost: Tuition for the 90 hours is $645, reduced to $595 if paid in full by the end of the first day of class.
Tuition includes the book Arizona Specifics: a real estate study as well as additional study materials, all of which are yours to keep.
A deposit of $100 will allow you to reserve your space and we will send you a textbook so that you may familiarize yourself with the material before class begins.
Note: There will be a separate Broker Management Clinic from 9:00 am until noon on Friday, November 18. The cost is included in the cost of the prelicensing class. Anyone may take this $20 class for credit, but it is required for new broker licensees if they have not taken it during the last 23 months as part of normal continuing education. The clinic counts towards 3 hours of Commissioner's Standards credits.
