The next Broker prelicensing course for Lake Havasu City is scheduled for November of 2011. It is a weekday class. When: Weekdays from 9 am until 4:30 pm starting on Tuesday, November 1,2011 and ending Thursday, November 17th. Where: The Refuge sales office at 3103 London Bridge Road, Lake Havasu City Cost: Tuition for the 90 hours is $645, reduced to $595 if paid in full by the end of the first day of class. Tuition includes the book Arizona Specifics: a real estate study as well as additional study materials, all of which are yours to keep. A deposit of $100 will allow you to reserve your space and we will send you a textbook so that you may familiarize yourself with the material before class begins. Note: There will be a separate Broker Management Clinic from 9:00 am until noon on Friday, November 18. The cost is included in the cost of the prelicensing class. Anyone may take this $20 class for credit, but it is required for new broker licensees if they have not taken it during the last 23 months as part of normal continuing education.
