The next Kingman Real Estate Sales Prelicensing Course starts January 21, 2012:

There will be a weekender class for those who are interested in getting an Arizona Real Estate Sales license.

When: The classes will be held from 9am until 6:30 pm beginning on Saturday, January 21st and ending on Sunday, February 19th.

Where: In room 107 at the Route 66 Business Center, 2701 Andy Devine Avenue, in Kingman.

How much: Tuition, book, and handouts cost $525. There is a $50 discount for those who pay by the end of the first day of class, bringing the cost to $475.

Also:
The required Contract Writing class (which counts for 3 hours of Real Estate Legal Issues and 3 hours of Contract Law credit towards your first renewal) will be held on Saturday, February 25th from 9:00 am until 3:45 pm at the same location. The cost of the class is $40.
