For all new licensees, a Fingerprint Clearance Card is now required when applying for a license. The processing takes four to six weeks, so start early.

There is a sales prelicensing class scheduled for January 2012 in Lake Havasu City.

Where: Lake Havasu City at 3103 London Bridge Road (The Refuge sales office.)

When: From 9 am until 4:30 pm Monday through Friday for 13 days. Classes begin on January 9th and  end on Wednesday, January 25th.

How much: Tuition, Book and Handouts; $525. There is a $50 discount for those who pay by the end of the first day of class, bringing the class cost to $475.

The required Contract Writing Class (which counts as 3 hours Real Estate Law credit and 3 hours of Contract Law credit towards your first renewal) will be held from 9 am until 3:45 pm on Friday, January 27th at the same location. The cost of this class is $40.
