The processing time for the card is four to six weeks.

ADRE answers some questions.

The next Broker Prelicensing Course in Kingman has been scheduled for October and November of 2011.
It is a weekender class!

When: Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am until 6:30 pm starting on Saturday, October 22, 2011 and ending Sunday, November 20, 2011.

Where: Room 107 at the Route 66 Business Center, 2701 E. Andy Devine Ave.

Cost: Tuition for the 90 Hours is $645, reduced to $595 if paid in full by the first
day of class.

Tuition includes the book Arizona Specifics: a real estate study as well as additional study materials, all of which are yours to keep.

A deposit of $100 will allow you to reserve your space and we will send you a textbook so that you may familiarize yourself with the material before class begins.

Note: There will be a separate Broker Management Clinic from 6:00 pm until 8:45 pm on Monday, November 21. The cost is included in the cost of the prelicensing class. The class is open to anyone who wishes to attend. This is the class required for new broker licensees if they have not taken it during the last 23 months. Designated brokers must retake the clinic each renewal period.  The clinic counts as 3 hours of Commissioner's Standards continuing education credits.
